Advisory Board Mission

To recommend to the City of Fort Lauderdale City Commission action necessary for the planning, development, construction, enlargement, improvement, maintenance, operation, regulation, and policing of airports owned, operated, and controlled by the City of Fort Lauderdale.

Board Meetings

The Aviation Advisory Board meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m. The meetings take place at the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport Administrative Building. The Board does not meet in November, and the December session typically occurs on the first Thursday of the month.
